1. Services
TD Removals provides moving and relocation services including residential and commercial removals, packing, unpacking, transport, and related moving services.
All services are subject to availability and scheduling.
2. Quotes & Bookings
- Quotes provided are estimates based on the information supplied by the customer.
- Final pricing may vary depending on actual job requirements, access conditions, additional items, delays, or changes to the booking.
- Bookings are confirmed once accepted by both parties.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding:
- Property access
- Staircases or lifts
- Parking availability
- Inventory details
- Fragile or oversized items
3. Payments
- Payment terms will be advised prior to or at the time of booking.
- Payment may be required upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.
- Additional charges may apply for:
- Extended hours
- Difficult access
- Heavy or oversized items
- Delays outside our control
- Additional services requested during the move
Failure to make payment may result in additional recovery costs.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Ensure items are appropriately packed unless packing services are booked
- Disconnect appliances where required
- Secure valuables, cash, jewellery, and important documents
- Ensure clear and safe access to properties
TD Removals reserves the right to refuse transport of dangerous, illegal, or hazardous items.
5. Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances
TD Removals will not be held responsible for delays caused by:
- Weather conditions
- Traffic or road closures
- Mechanical breakdowns
- Access restrictions
- Circumstances beyond reasonable control
Estimated arrival or completion times are approximate only.
6. Damage & Liability
While reasonable care is taken during all moves:
- TD Removals is not liable for pre-existing damage to goods or property
- Customers should notify us of fragile or valuable items before the move
- Damage claims must be reported within a reasonable timeframe after service completion
To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to services directly provided by TD Removals.
7. Insurance
Customers are encouraged to arrange their own transit or contents insurance if additional coverage is required.
Any insurance carried by TD Removals does not automatically cover customer goods unless specifically stated.
8. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellation or rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible.
- Cancellation fees may apply where bookings have already been allocated or services prepared.
- Deposits, if applicable, may be non-refundable depending on notice provided.
9. Website Use
All website content including text, branding, logos, and images remains the property of TD Removals unless otherwise stated.
Users must not:
- Copy or reproduce website content without permission
- Use the website for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to interfere with website functionality or security
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted under Australian Consumer Law, TD Removals excludes liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our services or website.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights available under applicable consumer protection laws.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Tasmania and Australia.
