They're not just pets.
They're family.

Moving day is a big change for everyone — including the ones with paws, whiskers and wagging tails. At TD Removals, we believe a caring move starts with understanding the whole household.

A Little More Understanding Goes A Long Way

Because home is wherever your family is

Boxes, open doors, unfamiliar people and a new environment can make moving day feel different for your animals. Tell us about your pets when you book, so we can discuss your household’s needs and plan the move with them in mind.

01 / BEFORE THE MOVE

Let’s talk about your pets

Let us know what animals you have, where they’ll be on moving day and anything you’d like our team to be aware of.

02 / ON MOVING DAY

Make space for calm

Arrange a safe, quiet place for your pets away from open doors, heavy furniture and the activity of the move.

03 / YOUR NEW HOME

Help them settle in

Keep familiar bedding, toys and essentials close by so your companion has something comforting in their new surroundings.

For The Ones Who Make A House A Home

We move your belongings.
We care about who shares your home.

Whether your family includes a curious cat, an energetic dog or another much-loved companion, we know they matter to you. That’s why we invite you to tell us about them before moving day.

No. TD Removals primarily uses fixed, volume-based pricing rather than hourly pricing. This gives customers a clearer understanding of the expected cost before their move.

Our minimum standard booking volume is 10 m³. If the customer’s belongings take up less than 10 m³, the minimum 10 m³ charge still applies. Single-item moves and small deliveries can be handled separately depending on location and availability.

Yes. Moving blankets are provided and used to help protect furniture and belongings during handling and transportation.

We understand that moving circumstances can change. With at least 48 hours’ notice, we will do our best to accommodate a change of date, subject to availability and the individual circumstances of the booking.
